Learning is a lifelong pursuit for me. I love so much to discover new information and share with my friends and neighbors.
God is teaching me about the amazing bodies that he's created. A beautiful machine, capable of healing itself. What it needs is to be fed. The other amazing part is that He gave us everything we need to be perfectly healthy right where we are.
The plants, animals and herbs which grace this earth, can nourish our bodies and lives with the right kinds of nutrition for our bodies to work in perfect harmony.
